  2. Prepare 1 potato cut into length wise
  3. Take 4 small baigan
  4. Take 1 onion
  5. Prepare 3-4 garlic cloves

  7. Take 3-4 green chillies
  8. Make ready 2 tsp cumin seeds
  9. Get 1 tomato

Instructions to make Lobia (chawli) green curry:
  1. First pressure cook lobia 3-4 whistleS depends on size. With little salt. (Make a paste of onion, garlic,green chilli,1tsp cumin seeds, coriander leaves). Heat oil In a kadhai add cumin seeds put potato & baigan little saute.
  2. Add masala paste fry little add salt & turmeric powder. Fry until oil separates from the masala. Now masala pour in the cooker mix with lobia. Mix well. Cover the cooker & keep for another 2-3whistle. Turn off flame. Release steam open the lid, stir little. Before serving add chopped coriander leaves.
